Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Minute rice (must be Minute rice)
    2 c. water
    1 stick oleo
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (cooked 5 minutes drained well)
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 large jar Cheez Whiz (16 oz.)
Preparation
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir several times to mix.
    This recipe can be cut in half.
