Three Day Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage, shredded
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. honey
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 (3 oz.) can pimento, chopped
Preparation
    Combine cabbage, onion, pepper and pimento.
    Set aside. Combine other ingredients and bring to a hard boil.
    Pour hot sauce over chopped vegetables and mix well.
    Pack into containers and cover.
    Let set in refrigerator for 3 days without removing cover.
    Yields 12 servings.
