Hot Milk Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat eggs until thick and lemon color.
Beat in sugar slowly. Fold in sifted dry ingredients.
Add all at once.
Put butter and milk in saucepan and bring to a simmering point.
Pour over egg mixture and mix well.
Turn into greased 7-inch square pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
