Squash Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked squash, drained
    1 egg
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mash drained squash.
    Combine all the ingredients.
    Drop by tablespoons into hot oil in a large skillet.
    Flatten patties to 1/4-inch thickness.
    Cook until golden brown.
    Turn and brown on the other side.
