Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

1/2 c. onions, fine chopped
1/2 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
1 can whole kernel corn
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. grated cheese
2 pods jalapeno pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Put in muffin pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
