G-Man Hellsfire Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dry pinto beans
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1 can chopped green chiles
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    4 heaping Tbsp. chili powder
    1 heaping Tbsp. ground cumin
    1 heaping tsp. chili pepper
    salt to taste
    4 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch or maza flour
    3 cans beef broth
    2 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    Cook beans per package.
    When half done, pour off the water and cook the rest of the way with beef broth, covered about 1-inch with (topped off) water (large pot).
