Shrimp And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 pkg. gravy mix
    1 small onion, diced
    3 slices bacon
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Add onion and shrimp.
    Saute until shrimp are pink or orange.
    Add gravy mix, seasonings and water. Simmer for about 30 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
