Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crushed pretzels
    3/4 c. butter
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 oz. cream cheese
    1 carton Cool Whip
    1 c. sugar
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
    2 c. boiling water
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
Preparation
    Melt butter and add pretzels and sugar.
    Put in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake 8 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Let cool.
    Combine cream cheese, Cool Whip and 1 cup sugar.
    Spread over cooled pretzel layer. Dissolve jello; add strawberries.
    Stir and pour over cream cheese mixture.
    Put in refrigerator to let thicken.
