Pecan Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. sifted cake flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Cream together butter and sugar.
    Add a little at a time: cake flour and chopped pecans.
    Roll into small balls and bake on greased cookie sheet at 300\u00b0
    for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
    Roll in confectioners sugar while hot.
    These freeze well.
