Apple Crunch Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 or 3 peeled and chopped apples
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix by hand until smooth.
    Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan or large Bundt pan.
    Pour batter into pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
