Stir-Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 slices bacon
1 large onion, sliced in thin rings
1/4 large cabbage, thinly shredded
dash of cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

In a skillet or wok, fry bacon until crisp and remove.
To the bacon drippings, add onion, cabbage, cayenne, ginger and soy.
Cook over medium heat until the cabbage and onions are very soft and wilted.
Add the crumbled bacon and stir.
Serves 4.
