Easy Scallop Jimmy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 1 lb. scallops (enough for 2 individual baking dishes)
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/3 c. bread crumbs, fine
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    lemon for garnish
Preparation
    In casserole, buttered, arrange the scallops.
    Combine all ingredients but wine and lemon.
    Sprinkle over scallops.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle on wine; garnish with a lemon twist and serve.
