Hawaiian Wedding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (in juice, not syrup), well drained and squeezed
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 large container Cool Whip or similar
    1 (3 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Drain pineapple of all juice.
    Add pineapple juice to batter instead of water.
    If juice is not enough, add water to make 1/3 cup.
    Bake as directed on package.
    Mix vanilla pudding with milk; add cream cheese.
    Beat well until all is blended, then fold in crushed pineapple.
    Spread on cooled cake.
    Spread Cool Whip on top of that, then top with coconut or nuts.
    Keep refrigerated.
