Make Day Before Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 c. chopped green onions, including tops
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) pkg. herb Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1 cube butter or margarine
1 c. water
1 can mushroom soup
3/4 cube butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Put 1/2 package of stuffing in a 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish.
Heat butter in water until melted and pour over stuffing. Mix chicken, onions, celery mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Pour over crumb mixture.
Beat eggs and add milk; pour over chicken mixture.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
When ready to bake, spread can of undiluted soup over chicken mixture. Top with remaining stuffing.
Drizzle 3/4 cube melted butter over top.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
