Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pkg. cream cheese (large size)
    2 (16 oz.) sour cream
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    graham cracker crust (as to directions on box)
Preparation
    Cream room temperature cream cheese and sugar together.
    Add eggs and beat after each one (electric mixer).
    Add vanilla and beat.
    Add sour cream and beat.
    Pour into prepared spring-form pan (approximately 10 1/2 x 3-inch).
    Bake 1 hour, then shut oven off.
    Leave in oven for 2 hours without opening door.
    Leave on counter for 2 hours, then put in refrigerator.
    Serves 12.
