Pheasant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pheasant
    1/4 c. flour
    3 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Clean bird; cut for frying.
    Combine flour, 2 1/2 teaspoons salt and pepper.
    Place in paper bag with pieces of bird; shake. Melt butter in covered skillet; brown pheasant.
    Pour sour cream mixed with remaining salt over meat.
    Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours or until tender.
