Crock-Pot Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. lean beef cubes
    1 can mushrooms
    1 medium onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    3/4 lb. carrots (optional)
    small green pepper (optional)
    1 lb. wide noodles or white rice
Preparation
    Brown beef cubes in frying pan with onion and mushrooms until lightly brown.
    Pour into crock-pot with juices from frypan.
    Add soups (undiluted) and mix together (sliced carrots and peppers are optional).
    Simmer on low approximately 6 hours.
    Pour over noodles or rice.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
