Bread Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. Crisco
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. scalded milk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup water.
    In large bowl, put sugar, salt and Crisco.
    Stir scalded milk in and let cool.
    Add yeast and 1/2 of flour.
    Mix well.
    Add rest of flour slowly.
    Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
    Work down.
    Make into buns and let rise for 1 hour.
    Makes about 20 buns.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
