Cretons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. pork
    1 1/2 lb. onions
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook pork and grind meat in meat grinder with onions.
    Mix spices and cook over low heat until well done.
    Stir often.
