George Strait'S Carne Guisada - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. round steak, cut and cubed
    1/4 medium onion, sliced
    1/4 bell pepper, sliced
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 cloves garlic
    pinch of ground cumin
    pinch of coarse-grind black pepper
    1/2 (10 oz.) can tomatoes
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet and cook meat, turning occasionally, until brown.
    Add onion and bell peppers.
    Add flour and let flour brown while stirring.
    Mash garlic, cumin, black pepper and tomatoes.
    Pour over meat and let simmer for 20 minutes, adding water if necessary, for desired thickness.
