Fruit Antipasto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cantaloupe wedges
    green grapes
    red grapes
    low-fat Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Remove rind from melon.
    Snip grapes into small bunches.
    Cut cheese into 1-inch cubes.
    Arrange wedges of lemon on tray, tuck cheese between wedges.
    Ring with grapes.
