Chicken Curry Bombay - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, cut in wedges
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. curry powder
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 can cut green beans
1 can stewed tomatoes
1/3 c. seedless raisins
1 can whole new potatoes, drained and cut into chunks
2 boneless chicken breasts, skinned and sliced 1/4-inch wide
Preparation

In skillet, cook onion, garlic and curry powder in oil until tender, stirring occasionally.
Stir in chicken, tomatoes and raisins; bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer 8 minutes.
Add new potatoes and green beans.
Cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serves 4.
Preparation time: 10 minutes.
Cooking time: 18 minutes.
