Raisin Banana Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 very ripe bananas
    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Spray a 12-muffin pan with cooking spray.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Put bananas into a blender; blend until smooth.
    Scrape bananas into a mixing bowl and combine with egg and oil.
    In another bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
    Add banana mixture to the dry ingredients and blend.
    Stir in the raisins.
    Spoon 1/3 cup of batter into 10 to 12 muffin cups.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
