Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. cooked, diced chicken
    2 lb. spaghetti, boiled until tender
    1/2 lb. grated American cheese
    1 can English peas (large, No. 2)
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    2 cans tomatoes (No. 2)
    1 large green pepper, cut fine
    1 bunch diced celery
    3 medium onions, cut fine
    1 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Place oil in pan; add onions.
    Cook slow.
    Do not brown.
    Add tomatoes, pepper, mushrooms, celery and salt.
    Cook for 1 hour very slowly, then add peas.
    In a large roaster place layer of spaghetti, chicken, cheese and sauce, repeating until all is used. Heat in oven 20 minutes.
    Serves 25.
