Coffee Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 qt. strong coffee
1 qt. whipping cream
5 Tbsp. sugar
5 tsp. vanilla
2 qt. vanilla ice cream
Preparation

Early in the day or on the day before, make coffee and refrigerate until chilled.
Very strong chicory or Italian grind coffee is best.
Just before serving, whip cream, adding sugar and vanilla.
Add whipped cream.
Pour cold coffee over it and mix well.
Serve in cups.
Yield: 50 to 60 servings.
