Mimi'S Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2-1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. shortening, butter, or margarine
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Cream the shortening, butter or margarine, and sugar; add flour and pecans.
    Set aside 1/2 of this mixture.
    To remaining half, add egg, vanilla, sour cream, and baking soda.
    Mix well. Place in 9 x 13 sheet cake pan.
    Top with reserved dry mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
