Crab Stuffed Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 whole, boned chicken breasts
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. dry white wine
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and flaked
1/2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Cook onion and celery in butter until tender.
Remove from heat and add wine, crabmeat and stuffing mix.
Sprinkle each breast with salt and pepper.
Divide stuffing among breasts and roll.
Secure with toothpicks.
Coat each breast with flour mixed with paprika.
