Mom'S Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    water
    dash of salt
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes well.
    Cut each potato in half.
    Then cut into even wedges.
    Boil potato wedges in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet.
    Sprinkle with butter, spices and herbs. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serve as a snack or with any meat.
