Oven Rice Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1/2 chopped bell pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can onion with beef stock soup
    1 c. raw rice
    1 stalk celery
    salt and pepper to taste
    parsley and onion tops to taste
Preparation
    Lightly brown meat.
    Combine with other ingredients and place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole dish.
    Cover with foil and cook at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
