Crab Stuffed Chicken Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 (3 oz.) chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    3 Tbsp. low calorie mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1/4 tsp. seafood seasoning
    1 lb. Maryland regular crabmeat (cartilage removed)
    3 (1/2 oz. each) slices Swiss cheese, cut in half
    3 (1/2 oz.) each boiled ham, cut in half
    2/3 c. flour
    1 egg, mixed with 1 c. water
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    4 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix bread crumbs with pepper, paprika, parsley and oil.
