Cheesy Sausage Or Hamburger Quiche - cooking recipe

3/4 lb. sausage or hamburger
1/2 c. onion, thinly sliced
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 Tbsp. flour
1 unbaked pie shell
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. Pet milk
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Fry sausage and drain, reserving 2 tablespoons fat. Saute onion and green pepper in fat. Combine cheese and flour. Stir in sausage and remaining ingredients and spread in pie shell. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until browned.
