Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large baking potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
    1 qt. whipping cream
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Layer potatoes slices in buttered 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Stir together cream and remaining ingredients; pour mixture over potatoes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender and mixture is bubbly and golden.
    Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
