Fresh Creamed Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small bag frozen Shoepeg corn or 2 cans Shoepeg corn
    1 c. whipping cream
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Microwave uncovered on High until thick and bubbly, stirring frequently.
    Can be baked in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until thick.
    Tastes like fresh!
