Hot Fruit Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (29 oz.) can peaches
1 (29 oz.) can pears
1 (29 oz.) can apricots
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Drain fruit, reserving 1 cup juice.
Arrange fruit in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Combine reserved juice with brown sugar, cornstarch, orange rind, cinnamon and margarine in saucepan. Bring to a boil.
Pour over fruit.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
