Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 red sweet peppers
    6 hot peppers
    6 apples or green tomatoes
    2 c. sugar
    12 green sweet peppers
    15 small onions
    1 1/2 pt. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grind the 5 vegetables in food chopper.
    Let set 1/2 hour. Drain.
    Add salt, sugar and vinegar.
    Cook about 45 minutes.
    Jar and seal.
