Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. fresh active yeast
    1 c. warm water
    4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg yolk, beaten with 1 tsp. coarse salt
    water
Preparation
    In a large bowl put the warm water and yeast and stir until dissolved.
    Add sugar, salt and mix flour.
    Knead 8 minutes.
    Put in a bowl and let it rise until it looks double in its size. Grease cookie sheet, shape them and paint them with egg yolk and sprinkle with salt.
    Bake on 475\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
