Shipwreck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3 to 4 small potatoes
    1 medium onion
    1 can kidney beans or chili beans
    1 can tomato soup
    salt
    pepper
    green peppers (optional)
Preparation
    In a 13 x 9 1/2 x 2-inch pan, put a layer of ground beef (not browned), then a layer of thinly sliced potatoes, followed by a layer of thinly sliced onions.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Top with a can of kidney beans.
    Add another layer of ground beef.
    Top with a can of tomato soup (straight from the can, not weakened) and spread out on ground beef.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 4 hours.
