Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can salmon, drained
    1 c. fine bread crumbs
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 tsp. onion, minced
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 egg, beaten
    1 (14 oz.) can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Use enough evaporated milk to mix ingredients into a moist loaf.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes.
    Serves 6.
