Chicken Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (4 oz.) chicken breasts (skinless, boneless and diced)
1/2 c. water
1 c. zucchini, sliced
1 c. yellow squash, sliced
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. tomato, sliced
2 Tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 pkg. Hi-Energy Chicken Soup Supplement
Preparation

Combine chicken, chicken soup and spices and let sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
Place in skillet with water and cook until the chicken is browned.
Add vegetables and simmer for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Add tomato slices 5 minutes before serving.
