Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 Cup butter
2 Cup milk
1/3 Cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. corn starch
1/2 Cup water
4 egg yolks
3 Tbsp. peanut butter
1 9 inch baked pie shell
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients and bring to a boil.
Mix cornstarch with the water, then mix in the egg yolks.
Pour into boiling milk mixture.
Whisk until thick.
Remove from heat and whisk in peanut butter.
Pour into pie shell.
Cover with meringue.
