Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
1 chopped onion
1/4 c. parsley
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
12 oz. tomato paste
2 c. water
lasagne noodles
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 small carton sour cream
1 beaten egg
12 to 16 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Add to the browned and drained hamburger, the onion, parsley, salt, sugar, garlic powder, pepper and oregano leaves.
Stir and cook for 20 minutes or so, then add the tomatoes, tomato paste and water.
Let this cook on low for as long as you have time.
I usually let cook for 1 to 2 hours.
Keep stirred.
Make layers.
