Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. rhubarb, diced
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. oatmeal
2 cubes margarine
Preparation

Put rhubarb, 3 tablespoons flour and 1 cup sugar in a 2-quart baking dish.
Blend 1 1/2 cups flour, brown sugar, oatmeal and margarine.
Sprinkle topping over rhubarb mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
