Lemon Barbecued Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pork loin or rib chops (3/4 to 1 inch thick)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 slices onion
    2 slices lemon
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. catsup
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place chops in an ungreased pan.
    Season and top with the onion, lemon and catsup.
    Cover lightly with aluminum foil and bake 30 minutes.
    Uncover and bake another 30 minutes.
    Makes 2 servings.
