Crab Rangoon(Makes 60) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 green onions, chopped
    1 c. shredded crab meat
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. water
    60 wonton wrappers (3 1/2-inches square)
    peanut oil
Preparation
    In medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce and sugar; mix well.
    Add onions and crab meat; mix well.
    In small bowl, beat egg with water.
