Polynesian Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken
    1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in its own juice
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in medium-size bowl; mix well.
    Cover and refrigerate to chill.
    Yield:
    4 servings (1/2 cup each); lo-cal.
