Eggs With Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large green peppers
1 small onion, sliced
1/4 c. olive oil
6 eggs
black pepper to taste
Preparation

Slice washed, pithed peppers lengthwise.
Heat oil in chafing dish.
Add peppers and sliced onions.
Saute 15 to 18 minutes, until peppers are soft.
Beat eggs.
Add salt and pepper.
Fold in beaten eggs and cook for 5 minutes, stirring often.
