Prairie Rice Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 small onions, sliced
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
1/2 c. uncooked regular rice
1 c. corn
1 to 2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0. In large skillet, cook and stir ground beef until light brown; drain off fat. Add onions and green pepper; cook and stir until onions are tender. Stir in tomatoes, rice, chili powder, salt and pepper; heat through. Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole dish. Cover and bake 45 minutes; add corn. Bake 15 more minutes.
