Wild Mushroom Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1 shallot, finely chopped
    2 c. fresh mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
    1/2 tsp. dried leaf thyme, crumbled
    1/2 tsp. leaf oregano, crumbled
    1/2 c. low-salt chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat oil in a medium size saucepan.
    Add shallot; cook over medium-high heat for 2 minutes.
    Add mushrooms, thyme and oregano; saute 30 seconds.
    Add chicken broth.
    Season with salt and pepper. Simmer 15 minutes or until mushrooms are softened.
    Makes 1 serving.
