Sweet And Sour Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. carrots, thinly sliced
    1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. green pepper, thinly sliced or chopped
    1 c. tomato soup
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Cook carrots in small amount of water to al dente.
    Mix soup, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and Worcestershire sauce and heat through.
    Cool thoroughly.
    Pour over vegetables and mix.
    Chill several hours or overnight.
