Jello Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. graham crackers, made into crumbs
    1 can evaporated milk, chilled
    1/2 c. sugar or 4 pkg. sweetener
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    juice and rind of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water; add sugar, salt, lemon juice and rind.
    Chill until slightly congealed.
    Meanwhile, whip milk until stiff.
    Beat jello mixture into whipped milk.
    Put 1/2 of graham cracker crumbs in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour jello mixture evenly over crumbs and sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Chill several hours before serving.
